Pixel sizes are the safest way to match a form that says 200 × 230 or 140 × 60. Type the width and height, keep proportions locked if the shape must stay the same, and press Resize.

This page turns off the Best quality box, so your numbers are kept exactly. If you also have a KB limit, add it in the limit box.
